At this time of year many students are preparing to send off their UCAS applications or applying to a range of different job. In weeks to come, universities and businesses will invite you to get to know a bit more about you and hopefully offer you a position.
Interviews can be nerve wrecking, especially if you haven’t experienced one before. Due to these nerves we can sometimes experience sweaty palms, increased heart rate and can ramble when answering questions. It can also be difficult to prepare for interview questions as there is so much to include in our answers.
Although this seems intimidating – don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! This week we have teamed up with Gavin Stevenson from the careers department at the North West Regional College to discuss how to prepare for interviews and tips to beat those nerves.
